part time residents simpler and easier. Imagine having a personal valet at your service to:

Provide home cooked meals, either in your freezer, fridge, or for a personalized small dinner party

Nothing could be simpler or easier! Either you or your guests contact our friendly staff and
provide us with your shopping lists. We do the shopping for you, even in advance of your visit to
south Florida. We'll work with your travel or real estate agent to have everything set up for you
upon your arrival. When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by fresh flowers and a well stocked
property, just the way you like it! Or maybe you're moving to Florida full time, moving to another
property in the area, or are living someplace temporary while work is being done on your home.
